Details:

The client uses flight operations systems; the systems were integrable, but the airline did not establish any integrations.

We helped our client to understand the benefits of the integration and how it can improve the productivity of the operations.

Action Plan:

1. Create a technical integration chart by the technology team, and present it to the client. We adopted all changes the client requested without affecting the final result.

2. Integration coding started, and necessary programs were linked together. The integration testing outcome went as expected.

3. We shared technical Documentation with the client.

Outcome:

We changed the work process to a better state, where the team could focus more on their operations instead of feeding up the systems with many types of information manually.

By the end of the integration, the client was able to customize management reports where the data is more reliable, and management could take for the first time 100% better decisions.
